When life gives you lemons why not make a Classic French 75?

When life gives you lemons why not make a Classic French 75?

One of our favorite things to do with freshly juiced citrus juice from our Hands-Free Citrus Juicer is to make cocktails. Using the Vinci Hands-Free Juicer to juice citrus for cocktails makes quick, clean and easy work of a usually sticky job.

Austin, TX. based Mixologist Eleanor Ahmuty shared with us some of her customer favorite cocktails using fresh citrus juice.

Eleanor Ahmuty
Ahmuty says that, "fresh citrus juice works to freshen up and balance craft cocktails, sometimes adding sweetness and sometimes sour- and that it can’t hurt to add a little vitamin C to your favorite cocktails."

All recipes are for 1 cocktail, scale up proportionally for one than one cocktail.
