Brew times range from approximately 5–25 minutes, depending on the model and brew strength selected. This simulates the extraction of traditional long-steep cold brew without using heat.

Cold brew is made without heat, using room-temperature water to extract coffee slowly, resulting in smoother, lower-acid coffee. Iced coffee is brewed hot and then cooled, which extracts more acids and bitterness.

It’s ideal for people who drink cold brew regularly and want café-quality results quickly at home, with adjustable strength and no overnight waiting.

The Express Cold Brew is available in 1.4-liter and 2.0-liter versions. Both use the same Circle Flow Brewing Technology, brew strength logic, and cleaning process.

The Vinci Express Cold Brew is not designed for hot brewing, hot water, espresso or fine-grind coffee, instant coffee, tea leaves, or other ingredients—using it for these purposes can damage the machine and void the warranty.

Use medium to coarse ground coffee only. Fine or espresso grind will clog the filter, damage the pump, and void the warranty.

7–9 level scoops using the included 2-tablespoon scoop. Never exceed the maximum for your model, and never pack or tamp the grounds.

The pump system relies on full submersion to circulate water evenly. Partial submersion can cause weak extraction, pump strain, or no circulation.

Cold water significantly slows extraction, while hot water can damage internal components. Only room-temperature water ensures proper brewing and protects the unit.

Each setting controls brew duration: Light = ready-to-drink, Medium = stronger brew, Bold = concentrate that can be diluted . Longer cycles increase extraction without heat.

Purging forces air through the filter basket to expel trapped liquid from the grounds. This improves yield and prevents watery or diluted results.

Yes. Coffee oils and fine particles build up quickly and can clog the pump or affect flavor if not cleaned after each use.

The carafe, filter basket parts, scoop, serving lid, and cleaning cup can be washed with water. The Control Lid must never be submerged.

Use the Clean cycle with the Cleaning Cup filled about ½–⅔ with fresh water. Only rinse the bottom of the water pickup tube if debris is present—never immerse the lid.

Weak brew is usually caused by too little coffee, low brew strength, cold water, or fine grind. Overly strong brew comes from high strength settings or too much coffee and can be diluted after brewing.

Common causes include low water level, clogged or missing water pickup tube, overpacked coffee, or grind that is too fine.

Using hot water, using fine or instant coffee, submerging the Control Lid, or operating the unit with damaged parts will void the warranty.
