ARM Enterprises Inc., the parent company of Vinci Housewares warrants to the owner of their products that are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase providing the owner has registered this product within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. Warranty only valid on products purchased through Authorized Dealers and when shipped within the United States. 

The manufacturer’s obligation will be limited to repairing or replacing any part of the product which is defective. Such warranty will not apply to defects resulting from tamper, cosmetic damage, acts of God, accidental breakage, abuse, negligence, neglect or misuse. If you must return the product for reasons of a malfunction within the one-year warranty period, the following action and steps are required:

1. The product must be clean and packaged securely to protect from damage or breakage in shipment.

2. The product must be accompanied by a printed return Authorization Form including a Return Authorization Number.
