Refund policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Vinci Housewares, operated by ARM Enterprises. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
In order to be eligible for a full product refund, product needs to be post marked within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a refund.
For products purchased from our retail partners, please first reach out to the retailer where the product was purchased for a return in accordance to their store policies.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
