Frequently Asked Questions
The Vinci Cold Brew 360™ is a manual cold brew coffee system that uses a patented dual-filter, 360-degree brewing design to steep coffee evenly in room-temperature water. It produces smooth, low-acid cold brew for drinking straight or diluting.
Cold brew is never exposed to heat and is steeped in room-temperature water over time, resulting in lower acidity and smoother flavor. Iced coffee is brewed hot and then cooled, which extracts more acids and bitterness.
Its dual-filter 360-degree design allows water to contact coffee grounds from both the inside and outside, promoting faster, more even extraction and reducing weak or uneven brews.
It’s ideal for users who want smooth, café-style cold brew at home without electricity, especially for batch brewing and storing cold brew in the refrigerator.
The Cold Brew 360™ is available in 1.4-liter and 2.0-liter capacities, making it suitable for individual use or multiple servings throughout the day.
The Cold Brew 360 is not designed for hot brewing, hot water, fine or espresso grinds, flavored additives, or rapid extraction. Using it for these purposes can damage the brewer and affect performance.
Medium to coarse ground coffee is recommended. Fine or espresso grinds restrict water flow, cause slow drainage, and can lead to over-extraction or sediment.
Approximately 9 level scoops using the included 2-tablespoon scoop. Do not overfill or compress the grounds, as this interferes with proper steeping.
Room-temperature water ensures proper extraction speed. Cold water significantly slows brewing, while hot water can damage the brewer and is not supported.
The recommended steep time is 6–12 hours at room temperature. Longer steeping produces stronger cold brew.
Yes. You may add water slowly by opening the lid, as long as the filter basket remains fully submerged.
Remove the lid assembly, allow excess liquid to drain for about 30 seconds, then attach the serving lid. Rotate the spout to pour and close it afterward to preserve freshness.
When sealed and refrigerated, cold brew stays fresh for 7–10 days.
All parts should be cleaned after every use to prevent residue buildup and preserve flavor quality.
Disassemble the top and bottom filter caps, remove the 360 filter, discard used grounds, and rinse all components thoroughly with warm water.
To avoid damage and preserve longevity, all parts should be hand-washed only with warm, soapy water.
This is usually caused by steeping too briefly, using too little coffee, or using overly coarse grounds. Increasing steep time or coffee quantity resolves this.
Never use hot water, never overfill or compress the filter basket, and never skip cleaning after use—these actions can damage the brewer and compromise performance.
