Frequently Asked Questions
The Vinci Cold Brew 360™ is a manual cold brew coffee system that uses a patented dual-filter, 360-degree brewing design to steep coffee evenly in room-temperature water. It produces smooth, low-acid cold brew for drinking straight or diluting.
Its dual-filter 360-degree design allows water to contact coffee grounds from both the inside and outside, promoting faster, more even extraction and reducing weak or uneven brews.
It’s ideal for users who want smooth, café-style cold brew at home without electricity, especially for batch brewing and storing cold brew in the refrigerator.
Cold brew is never exposed to heat and is steeped in room-temperature water over time, resulting in lower acidity and smoother flavor. Iced coffee is brewed hot and then cooled, which extracts more acids and bitterness.
The Cold Brew 360™ is available in 1.4-liter and 2.0-liter capacities, making it suitable for individual use or multiple servings throughout the day.
The Cold Brew 360 is not designed for hot brewing, hot water, fine or espresso grinds, flavored additives, or rapid extraction. Using it for these purposes can damage the brewer and affect performance.
Medium to coarse ground coffee is recommended. Fine or espresso grinds restrict water flow, cause slow drainage, and can lead to over-extraction or sediment.
